My infotainment system went down went to dealership in Eugene and they diagnosed the problem but couldn’t fix it. Drove to Baker City and they diagnosed the same problem bad radio unit . I had an old radio that I found in a junk yard in Arizona and they installed it and resolved the issue. I appreciate the help and hard work of the service department to take the time to repair the system and have me leave satisfied rather than irritated that GMC has no plan to fix an obvious component problem inside the infotainment systems radio component. The service is always well done. This time in particular. The car was exceptionally detailed. We also needed transportation from the garage & return of our vehicle. It was absolutely not a problem even tho it was last minute on our part due to illness.

Took my car in to get the check engine light off, the codes weren't fixed and my check engine light is still on after they said it was fixed. They fixed a vacuum pump and not that actual issue. I went in and asked for it to be fixed again, been two days and still waiting on a call for a new appointment to be set up.

I was going to be in their area (I live 6 hrs away) so I scheduled an appointment to have some work done and a recall addressed. They were aware of recall several weeks before my appointment. My work was completed as it should have been and the recall was not addressed. They told me they had to order parts and I need to come back. 12 more hours of driving because they weren’t prepared.
Best place in town. Go above and beyond for a very reasonable price. Staff have always been excellent. Won't be going anywhere else for a service.
The work was good but the inside of the truck was a mess with grease and had to be cleaned when I picked it up.

They failed to notice a warning light, didn't close the hood all the way (I noticed within a block when leaving) and for the 3rd time did not wash or vacuum my vehicle, even though they had it for an extra hour.

Two hours for an oil change and that's way to long. Never got my Jeep washed because I didn't want to waste more time.
Very slow I used to take my car in and was there 1 hour. Now it takes at least 2 hrs for the same service
Service department is efficient and thorough.they check everything out and write it down so you know what was done.i like that.

Dishonest Salesman, This Dealership does not put the customer concerns and needs as a priority. They do not come thru with their promises. When the customer has an issue they point the finger at someone else as it being their issue. Overall poor customer service and experience. I will not recommend them or be doing business with them again.

Very poor communicators. They had my car for almost 2 weeks and never kept me updated or gave me an anticipated date of when I could get my car back. They put an almost $900 car part in after running a diagnostic test. My initial complaint was that the brake lights were not working. When I did finally pick my car up, my brake lights still did not work! I stopped by my normal mechanics shop. It was a fuse that needed to be replaced. So I don't even know if it needed to be done. I will not go back.
